We deliver Rosalia Blooms bouquets personally to the chosen address within supported parts of Silesia. Orders are placed online; we do not have a physical retail shop.
We serve selected addresses in Katowice, Tychy, Mikołów, Gliwice, Zabrze, Chorzów, Sosnowiec and other supported locations. The postcode determines the delivery zone, while available dates also depend on the selected flowers. The checker on this page shows the result for a specific postcode.
Standard delivery in the “Katowice” and “Silesia — surrounding” zones costs PLN 40. It is free when the basket value is PLN 350 or more. The Katowice zone has a minimum basket value of PLN 80.
The checker shows the zone and its conditions. The basket recalculates delivery for the complete order; changing the address, date, contents or discount may change the fee. The final cost is displayed before payment.
We do not offer same-day delivery. The calendar takes account of each zone’s delivery days, excluded dates and product preparation time. Delivery at a specific time, weddings and larger projects require individual confirmation before purchase.
The order needs the recipient’s details, full address and telephone number. For a business address, the company or reception name is helpful. The recipient should be available at the address and telephone number supplied.

A specific time needs separate confirmation before purchase. Selecting a date in the calendar does not reserve a delivery time.
We will make contact to agree what happens next. We do not assume permission to leave flowers with a neighbour or in an unsecured place. Any further delivery and its cost are agreed before it is carried out.
Yes, if the address and date are supported. Adding the company or reception name to the recipient’s details helps us hand over the bouquet.
The digital code is emailed after payment confirmation, taking a chosen later send date into account. An order containing only a digital gift card has no physical delivery fee. In a mixed order, the flowers follow the dates and delivery fee shown in the basket.
Contact us before purchase about the possibility of an individual order. An enquiry does not confirm delivery outside the supported area.
